FoodSaver T03-0006-01 Regular-Mouth Jar Sealer Review

We bought this FoodSaver Regular-Mouth Jar Sealer for sealing Mason Jars with our FoodSaver V3835 Vacuum Food Sealer with SmartSeal Technology. This works very well and is easy to use with just a little practice. This is plastic with an embedded rubber ring that fits over the threads of the jar and a hole in the top that acts as a port for the vacuum hose attachment. It just takes a few seconds to get the jar sealed after you start.

Some reviewers have mentioned issues with keeping a strong vacuum and have posted tips that have helped. I find that the following works for me:

* Make sure the glass rim of the jar is clean and dry
* Make sure the Mason Jar lid rim is clean and dry
* Do not us the Mason Jar Lid Ring when sealing (I tried it :-)
* Disconnect the hose quickly from the sealer when done

I was also surprised that my Actron CP7830 Hand Vacuum Pump does work on this as well.

This works pretty much as expected and is easy to use once you get some practice.

Recommended! Oh and besides storing food in the jars, this could also be used for science projects as well.

I bought this for my girlfriend when she took up cake making. She loves it! The plastic is very thick and sturdy. Doesn't seem like it will ever break. I bought the round one and the rectangular one. The rectangular one has much more utility since its great for cupcakes. The round one gets much less use because she is more likely to make a basic sheet cake vs. a round layer cake. If you are only gonna get one cake taker, go for the rectangular one. If you are planning on making round layer cakes, this is made for it and has the interior height for them as well. All and all, both are great Tupperware products.

It worked very well once i learned how to use it. It comes with an included adapter for vacuum systems that have the canister air hose attachment. First few times i tried to seal it, it just wasn't doing anything. The directions were very straight forward, so i couldn't figure out what i was doing wrong. Turns out, the lid doesn't not snap very tight onto the bottom. It doesn't snap on the same as normal tupperware. What that means is that you have to push down very hard once you start the vacuum in order for the vacuum to "catch" the bottom. Once the vacuum creates a seal, it stays together because of the vacuum, not because of the lid and base snapping together. Just the same, it holds the seal well once you get it, and is a perfectly capable size for leftovers for one person.

I like this product for it's ease of use, and the fact it makes cheese last forever. I use it with the foodsaver V3840, which I love. The only downside is if you are the only one in your family that actually uses the foodsaver... then as you can imagine it's usefulness will be diminished and your food will spoil just like it was packaged in a normal container. This 2 pack comes with the attachment you need, as long as you have a canister attachment (the long suction tube). Great product!

This cupcake carrier is the best of the 3 I've tested. Had to take the others back for a refund because they had serious defects and problems.
This carrier is both strong and versatile. I've used it for cakes, one dozen cupcakes or fully expanded it holds two dozen cupcakes with no problem. The cupcakes remain stable with no tipping and the little slots on either side of the cup holder makes it easy to remove the cupcake without touching the frosting. There is enough room between layers so that piped frosting remains untouched.

It collapses for easy storage and the locks are very secure. The trays can be used as a serving stand stacked or alone and makes a very pretty presentation. I'm buying my second one and another for a gift for my daughter who loves it as much as I do. My friends are impressed and I think you will be too.

I pack my lunch and my child's lunch every day. I put applesauce, yogurt and salsa in them and have never experienced any type of leakage. The attached lid means my son isn't losing the lid at school and costing me more money to keep buying the disposable containers. He is also able to easily get the lid off (some of the Rubbermaid containers that we used to use had lids that were very difficult for him to get the lid off by himself at lunchtime). They are nice and sturdy and I like the "lock-tab" feature. There is also a 1.5 ounce size that I use for my salad dressing. I also like the attached lid for the dishwasher - lots of times our other lids would fall through the racks and end up at the bottom of the dishwasher. I guess my only complaint is that they are frosted plastic- not 100% clear. I can still see though them and see what's in the container, but my preference would be a clear container. I use these containers exclusively now. I can't say enough good things about Tupperware. I first bought the Servalier set back in January 09 and loved it so much I added the Wonderlier as a complementary set a few months later. Now I added the Thasta Bowls both in 32 and 42 cup and I could not be happier; what a wonderful addition to my Tupperware collection! These bowls are BIG and extremely useful for large quantities of food (family gatherings, holidays, etc.) I find myself using these bowls often as I work long hours and cook once for the whole week. They are big enough to store a weeks worth of food and keep it fresh since each bowl has its own lid (which is so hard to find.) Unlike other reviewers, I have not had any problems with the lids on these bowls (or the lids on any other Tupperware piece I own). The lids fit perfectly. As a matter of fact, I accidently dropped one of the bowls on the floor and the contents did not spill (even liquids). The bowls are very functional; I use them for storing, mixing, marinating and even displaying food right on my kitchen table. They are functional AND look good too! If you are looking for large capacity bowls with lids, these are the absolute best. And because it's Tupperware, they will last you a lifetime. My mother-in-law has had her Tupperware for over 35 years! After 3 kids and a lifetime of use and abuse, she STILL uses them (no joke). I mentioned this on my previous reviews of the Servalier and Wonderlier sets, respectively. This is why I started investing in the Tupperware brand myself. The bowls are dishwasher safe but NOT microwave safe.

If it is above them, that is someting to be unstable or what are the causes FoodSaver on the floor of his vacume lose. You would think that would become a product that is, or at least low-cost "Separator" desigend stack enables you could put one above another to have to sit on top. Duh!

These are great savers of food. I'm only giving 4 stars because they are not "stackable." If you put someting on top of them, what is on top is either unstable or what on top causes the foodsaver on the bottom to lose its vacume. You would think the company would have desigend a product that allows you to stack them, or at least an inexpensive "separator" you could put on top of one to allow another one to sit on top of it. Duh!

My car has a door and this can FoodSaver accessory store my fruit and vegetables, dried goods and cooking supplies. I do not use it for coffee, but I use it for the salad. I have more storage options for the salad, but the vacuum-packed in a jar test is great. It works. I follow all directions and I have no bankruptcy basket - keeps everything fresh. The air seems to make things last forever. My salad ever considered better or more!

I do not thinkSo because someone had a problem and can not guess I know why they have experienced problems. So I followed the instructions and for the past month were more than satisfied with the results. I step forward, as I wash everything by hand - but I rarely use the dishwasher anyway you want. This review is only for the rectangular container. I bought it at Wegman's for only ~ $ 12.00 (then bought 3 more we love so much). I had to send in search of a container for lunch with my son. What I find in this box stays fresh until lunchtime - no refrigeration. Note box problem can not be opened by a small child - will be closed pretty tight.

The container: The container has a rectangular space of a few inches deep on the bottom, on top of thatsits the ice (non-food touched the ground when std Sandwich SZ), then there are two small rectangular container, which are located on the top of the pack. Each of these two small containers with a lid that closes tightly. Then cover the entire field (purple in the picture) covers the entire container.

We have a sandwich at the bottom, ice bag on the set, then fruit and vegetables in a small container to another. As already mentioned, remain small closed and when it is closed (byAdults, not easy for little resistance to it), then it is not leaking.

My only complaint: the cover has a small piece that can protrude a bit 'in order to open the container. On all four of our container, this small lip broken. All the small inner containers are fine, but the upper outer broken at all. It can still be open, but is a bit 'annoying.

In general we like. I know that many adults take their lunch in this and to avoidOffice refrigerator. Highly recommended!

We needed a few small containers of baby food powder to keep in our diaper bag. Only a small plastic containers do not work when you need to open the dust in a landfill for small bottles. Two balls will keep the milk powder (4 oz, when the water addition). They are nice and so small, when the child begins to eat more, you can easily attach some of these in the diaper bag make formula.

There have been complaints that the cover to remove or not to set are, have beenon. This is a good project because it keeps the lid open and you have no risk of the container and the contents dumped on the road pop. Actually, there is an easy way to remove the cover. If you squeeze the shell slightly, you can cover the deductible. You can do the same with the lid to fit. The ability to easily squeeze the cup can be poured into a small opening, like a bottle.

I use my Whirley Pop Popcorn Popper a couple of times a week. 'S so easy to use and makes perfect whipped, flavored popcorn. The process is simple: the oil and popcorn kernels, stirring over medium heat for your stove, the handle, and in three minutes or so you'll have a bowl full of popcorn cooker.

There are some things you should remember that getting a perfect dish of popcorn is not - about the heat too high or too low, do not turn the handle too fast or too slow, and notDo not put anything in the Whirley Pop popcorn and other than oil. Overall, the process is so simple, it is second nature to you after your first couple tries.

Regarding the oil goes, I recommend canola or light olive oil. light olive oil is not my personal favorite, because only healthier, but warms up quickly pop (corn faster) and gives the popcorn tastes great. I originally bought this pan to find a good crepe pan. Having experienced good quality Calphalon ago, I was happy to see this for such a low level pan. I have a large pan that has served me well for several years, but decided to try this bread for something other than pancakes once, and it worked wonders! This is now my go-to pan for a series of shorts, and takes in many everyday uses.

Ideal for:
- Pancakes (make sure offset spatulabrought under it, despite the relatively high sides)
- Pancakes
- Burger burger
- Omelettes
- Taco Tortillas
- Quesadillas
- French Toast

Pros:
- Superior non-stick coating, slide off easily and the coating is very resistant
- It warms faster than most non-stick pans
- In addition, cooking the total floor area
- Fast and easy to clean
- It takes very little oil or nonstick coating quality
-Cool grip and durability (do not miss the long-term use)
- Lifetime warranty of the product and shipping Amazon Cover
- Grand Prix for a high quality product

Cons:
- As a non-stick pan, heat up more slowly than the bare stainless steel or anodized aluminum, and not as cool to produce a surface
- Handle is a bit 'thin, and awkward to lift
- Pan to start is a bit 'heavier, but weight is really good for cooking (in person,it's worth)
- Lip Pan is a bit 'high and angled sharply to a crepe pan, which require offset spatula (this is good for omelettes and French toast when)
- Inside anodized aluminum surface stains easily electric cookers (but this has no effect on cooking)
- As a non-stick pan, you should use plastic / nylon or other cooking tools with soft, and may suspend the feed to harmful chemicals

Overall: A versatile and high quality at a good price.

I have this product for the first time last year as one of my neighbors had. We have been canning peaches and jams. I have been asked to bring their equipment, so we are two hot water bath at the same time they have. Never had I heard of this product until it is over, and we use. I could not believe that the ease of use and there was much less chaos. And 'good not to boil gallons of water and wait to see them and I guess put too much or too little water. This is, of course, no one will be high around the great need for everyone, but I thought it would be nice to somehow have a pan-and-egg. Well, that's all. My only complaint is that it is a bit 'too big to be a pan-egg on the way * I * as they happen, and too small for a pan with two eggs. That and the fact that T-Fal cookware is not high quality, I'm trying to give three stars, but for $ 7, it's hard to be so hard for something that is badly designed or poorlyperformed. It 's basically a pan, does what he must do, but I have never felt compelled to use, so that collects the most dust in my closet. This is a tool, but honestly, I find it easier to make fried eggs over a larger area. If the pan is hot, if the egg, egg whites did not flee again, this is my favorite way to do it. Nothing wrong with having this thing yet.

This egg poacher works very well. I'm surprised how fast poaches eggs. I would like the egg holder was not as deep as they are, but this is a small problem. Some of the non-stick coating has been scratched on the bottom plate under the cup and insert the coating, but not in the cups, although it would have been a problem scratched. When used, all the little handles on each collection cup has as close to or touching the pan or handle the transparent cover is not goodcorrectly. Great, but the public dimension is not correct, the effective diameter of 7.5 inches, 7 inches is not. This difference in size means that the press does not sit on the floor of my 10-inch fry pans.

I did ask via e-mail on grinding Lodge 1 / 4 inch of material from all over the press but not yet heard back.

So be aware that the press has an effective diameter of 7.5 cm, and measure your pans accordingly.

Otherwise, it feels solid and well made.

Let me begin by saying that I just replaced my Anolon Classic 10-inch crepe pan for 3 years now. During this time I took the assignment of Anolon Pan, the only reason I decided to go, because after 3 years did not start attacking finished in the pan, peel and blister. I felt the goal should last much longer than that.

My first impression was the Calphalon pan, looks and feels a bit 'Pan Anolon heavier than my old one.
It's more of a pleasing aspectpolished metal handle. The Anolon pan was a black plastic handle.
E 'largest Anolon pan. Calphalon 10in total of 8 1/4in female Anolon 9 out of 5/8in, 3/4in within 7.
The slightly larger size of this pan is a plus of Nice, since I always thought that the Anolon Pan was a bit 'small.
To my surprise, heavy skillet heats quickly on my glass ceramic hob, but the Anolon Pan has done in less time.
The distribution of heat was good, as is the AnolonPan.
The non-stick coating this pot was large, both with the cooking or cleaning. Seemed to be slightly better than the pan, Anolon.

In Conclusion:::: The Calphalon pan is best for all the cooking pan, because it is deeper, bigger, and the edges are not as prone Anolon Pan. This pan will hold without spilling a liquid when lifts, light in a corner.

The Anolon pan edges are rounded and not as deep as the pan heats up quickly and ismuch better for crepes and pancakes, if you want to slip easily.

The only negative point I have so far not feel the grip. E 'for the weight of these pans, especially if there is food in closer. I have a feeling that is left or right, up, since it is difficult to get a grip on this tight grip. I left 5 stars for now, because it was so important to me because I rarely lift the pan in the kitchen. I have this problem with myOld Anolon pan was managed very comfortable.

Everyone and everything seems to be a great pan to date, I would add to the post, if you change something.

Breakfast is our favorite, because we are the crepes filled with an assortment of breakfast items ---- jams, cream cheese, butter, cinnamon and sugar, scrambled eggs, sausage or salmon mixture. I like fresh popcorn better than chips, and is very hot, if you have a DVD or a bowl of soup to highlight it.

Ithought it was just that I do not like popcorn - was the method of popping. With this popper not have a sore stomach from the popcorn.

I find it strange that a prior assessment goes so far as to say that these assessments are wrong.

First of all, I am an ordinary person, mother and wife. Get anything in exchange for this review!

Secondly - as for the negative reviews that this product is cheap and thin, right ... and it is aluminum, which is exactly what we're about to make stove-top popcorn, except that you should not have all night to heat an iron skillet. Moreover, it is the coconut oil in the packages, which is exactly what the theateruse (with my husband is a film for this reason that we use and Wabash Farms Whirley Pop) management products. However, you olive oil, vegetable oil or other products, and you can use small amounts, if you are looking for a healthier popcorn.

Where Whirley Pop goes in our family, is by far our favorite "thing", and there are people gadget! We use our regular. We use the kernel everyday and you label brand flavacol cinema popcorn salt purchased online, as well as a great"Bath" of coconut oil, and get great results. We started this way, after using all our packages within the first week.

The reason I'm on Amazon now looking at this page because I'm ordering as a gift for someone.

I promise you, like us and all our friends can testify, if you try to Whirley Pop, nothing else can match it (even some movie theaters - where we are disappointed with their popcorn, because there are simply not up to Whirley Pop.)

OfOf course not. I give the popcorn for this great product offers, why? Not in the near future, that's for sure. Unless the black powder is actually visible on my popcorn.

For those who asked in the past, this dish does not have an aluminum / stainless steel coated flat base that is perfectly flat on my stove top. There are no rocking at all. I can not say if this works on an induction cooktop.

The problems with the lid on Popper as in other reviews are true. I do not think its a great deal. I can still achieve his (there is a small hole on one side, a rod that fits into the upper, and a clip with the wooden handle on the opposite side of the plate, you can see in the picture), the clip snaps well but the flutter cap imperfect line after the first week of use. My crank sticks sometimes, I have a little 'more in the handle, but togethernothing that popcorn is not completely prevented. As for the skirts do not get the lid down, I have to wear oven mitts to keep my left hand down and the handle with my left hand. The lids do not stay just below and touching the edge of the plate, but this gap is not as big as the cover is still close. Oil flies out of the holes and seams in the center of the lid when the popping starts first (which begins after the lid does not fit exactly the way they should not) but because II had Mitt Mitt just to cover the holes with. I love this popper, but I see that whirly-pop has better rating then in terms of coverage when I go back to the origins of the model to replace it I will try to compare them. I will never buy anything but a Stove Top Popper never like this time, I also buy these again if it means that do not always have to eat microwave popcorn again. You will receive a brush to clean the top, after the oil has built up over time through use, depending on howoften you use it. Notice how even bad reviews say, the popcorn seems .... nice if you're a man of things work exactly as you say, should be the company (what if you think that nothing can ever really, at least not always), then it probably will be disappointed with the cover, but if you're not a very flexible, it is still say, this product is worth it. I think I'm gonna try a model in stainless steel to come anyway.
