I have this product for the first time last year as one of my neighbors had. We have been canning peaches and jams. I have been asked to bring their equipment, so we are two hot water bath at the same time they have. I had never heard of this product until it is over, and we use it. I could not believe that the ease of use and there was much less chaos. And 'good not to boil gallons of water and wait to see them and I guess put too much or too little water. The product iseasy to use and fast. I just had one of mine! I will never use the old-fashioned hot water bath.
