Calphalon C1210P Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch International Griddle/Crepe Pan Review
I originally bought this pan to find a good crepe pan. Having experienced good quality Calphalon ago, I was happy to see this for such a low level pan. I have a large pan that has served me well for several years, but decided to try this bread for something other than pancakes once, and it worked wonders! This is now my go-to pan for a series of shorts, and takes in many everyday uses.
Ideal for:
- Pancakes (make sure offset spatulabrought under it, despite the relatively high sides)
- Pancakes
- Burger burger
- Omelettes
- Taco Tortillas
- Quesadillas
- French Toast
Pros:
- Superior non-stick coating, slide off easily and the coating is very resistant
- It warms faster than most non-stick pans
- In addition, cooking the total floor area
- Fast and easy to clean
- It takes very little oil or nonstick coating quality

Cons:
- As a non-stick pan, heat up more slowly than the bare stainless steel or anodized aluminum, and not as cool to produce a surface
- Handle is a bit 'thin, and awkward to lift
- Pan to start is a bit 'heavier, but weight is really good for cooking (in person,it's worth)
- Lip Pan is a bit 'high and angled sharply to a crepe pan, which require offset spatula (this is good for omelettes and French toast when)
- Inside anodized aluminum surface stains easily electric cookers (but this has no effect on cooking)
- As a non-stick pan, you should use plastic / nylon or other cooking tools with soft, and may suspend the feed to harmful chemicals
Overall: A versatile and high quality at a good price.
